Every family needs something different. Some parents want plenty of time to prepare for birth, while others already have birth experience and mainly want the reassurance of having a doula by their side.

That’s why I offer two types of doula care: Full doula care for first-time parents, and Essential doula care for second-time parents or returning clients. You can also choose private birth preparation without doula support. Below you’ll find what’s included in each option and the costs.

Sankalpa Doula has an AGB code. Depending on your health insurance, part of the costs may be reimbursed through your supplementary insurance. It’s always worth checking your own policy.

1:1 Birth & Partner Prep



  • A birth course made just for you. Two sessions full of insight, tools, and support


  • Practical and mental preparation for birth and postpartum recovery


  • Your birth partner learns hands-on tools and massage techniques to support you during labor


  • Unlimited phone and WhatsApp support from the start of the package until six weeks postpartum


  • Guidance in creating a birth plan that aligns with your wishes

  • In-person support during the birth, from whenever you call me until your baby is safely in your arms

  • Free use of the Elle TENS machine
  • A postpartum visit to reflect on your birth experience
